#WeAreHiring PTR Accounting Associate (On-site) Schedule: Monday to Friday — 09:00 to 18:00 EST Location: On-site

About the Role

We are looking for a PTR Accounting Associate to support our Accounting Department by collecting, reviewing, and analyzing financial information from the what bank statements, and internal company systems. In this role, you will play a key part in guiding the team, ensuring accurate reconciliations, supporting the migration of accounts into Intacct, and optimizing processes to maintain high-quality financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide the team with the information needed to perform bank reconciliations and ensure payroll tax reconciliations are completed within the established closing deadlines. Identify daily operational issues and month-end closing challenges, and propose effective solutions. Assist in preparing documentation and responding to client audit requirements. Support the hiring process for new team members and help guide new employees during onboarding. Maintain updated operational status reports and share them as needed or requested by the client. Respond promptly to all client inquiries and requests. Supervise team performance to ensure high-quality work and compliance with client deadlines. Assist with administrative tasks required by the department. Provide support to the direct supervisor with day-to-day assignments. Assist in transitioning bank accounts into Intacct. Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel (pivot tables and formulas), Word, and email.
  • Bilingual English is required.
  • Flexibility to modify work schedule is a plus.
