Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and key social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience developing and executing successful paid media campaigns to drive ROI and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (formerly Bing Ads).

  • Conduct daily monitoring of campaign delivery metrics and spending rates across all platforms to ensure optimal performance

  • Manage budget allocation and pacing to prevent underspending or overspending situations

  • Develop, launch, and manage effective social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.

  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform strategy and targeting.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, implementing strategic direction as provided by leadership while proactively identifying opportunities for campaign optimization and providing data-backed recommendations.

  • Manage budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to ensure maximum efficiency and return on investment.

  • Support the ad creation process by providing performance insights and optimization suggestions, while leadership will handle primary ad writing responsibilities.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

  • Execute A/B testing, optimize campaigns based on performance insights, and document key learnings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and paid social media campaigns.

  • Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certification preferred.

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI through paid media.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant analytics platforms.

  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for performance analysis and reporting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
