About the role
You will play a key role in building, growing, and nurturing our community across various social channels. You will be responsible for developing creative strategies to drive engagement, overseeing our social media presence, and cultivating a loyal community.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and execute ambitious community growth-oriented campaigns and growth hacking tactics that have an exponential impact on growth metrics.
- Focus on quick, short timeframes with immediate impact.
- Support execution of the daily operations based on ongoing campaigns and plans.
- Monitor and moderate interactions of community members, ensuring a positive and respectful atmosphere within the community.
- Analyze engagement metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimizing engagement strategies.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to align community initiatives with company goals.
- Organize and manage community events, AMAs, webinars, or other interactive sessions to drive engagement.
We're on the hunt for someone who has
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Web3 or blockchain industry.
- Be familiar with various blockchain ecosystems, decentralized applications, crypto, DAOs, and other related technologies.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Hands-on experience in social media management and community management.
- Proven results in leading guerrilla marketing campaigns and growth hacking methods.
- Experience in managing community growth and engagement metrics.
- Create innovative ideas to drive engagement across social channels like Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, etc. Why Join Us?
