Sales Representative - Tax/Accounting

We are a 100% virtual CPA firm with our team members located throughout the United States. As a real estate niche-focused firm, we serve Real Estate Investors, Syndicates, and Fund Managers. Our team has a passion for real estate, often owning investment properties themselves.

As an Inside Sales Representative at our firm, you will conduct discovery meetings with qualified leads generated by the marketing team and engage with qualified clients to discuss our tax planning and accounting services. Additionally, you will utilize our extensive lead database to identify additional sales opportunities.

Salary + Commission Starting at: $50,000 - $130,000

Areas of Responsibility

  • Lead engaging discovery meetings with qualified inbound leads to understand their pain points and identify how our services can deliver value
  • Become an expert in the firm’s service offerings and clearly communicate how we solve clients’ challenges
  • Analyze and understand client needs, presenting relevant solutions
  • Route complex opportunities to the appropriate executives for further development and closure as needed, ensuring smooth transitions
  • Close deals with prospective clients and consistently achieve quarterly sales goals
  • Proactively source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and tapping into our existing lead list
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest by creating tailored outreach strategies as needed
  • Cultivate relationships with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Proven success in inside sales, with a strong track record of exceeding goals
  • Professional video presence, with experience managing 7+ calls per day
  • Experience utilizing Hubspot, ClickUp, or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with prospects
  • Strong listening and presentation skills, ensuring client needs are clearly understood
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills

Expectations for remote work

  • Clean and professional background (or blurred background)
  • No noise or other distractions in the background (i.e., dogs, children, etc.)
  • Dedicated space or room for working
  • Business casual attire for client interactions
  • Always use video (80% of communication is non-verbal)
  • Laptop and $500 tech reimbursement for computer/tech accessories provided
