The Gist…

We are seeking a highly motivated RPA Developer to support the analysis, design, development, and implementation of automation solutions while working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath, with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and experience working in Agile environments.

What Your Day Might Include…

  • Consult with project teams and end users to identify and validate application requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate repetitive and manual tasks using UiPath or similar platforms.
  • Architect workflow-based solutions and build code sequences to streamline business processes.
  • Provide technical support for RPA implementations and troubleshoot automation issues as needed.
  • Proactively monitor automation effectiveness and make improvements to optimize performance.
  • Research, test, and coordinate the integration or conversion of new tools and technologies based on client requirements.
  • Address issues related to system integration, platform compatibility, and application performance.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and respond to enhancement suggestions.
  • Manage, track, and report on assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to inform the customer community about the benefits of RPA 
  • Support lunch and learns for the customer to support outreach and identify new opportunities for automation

Qualifications

 
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of development experience.
  • 3+ years of UiPath development experience.
  • Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath), workflow design, and automation best practices.
  • Experience with tools including MS Excel, MS Teams, Jira, and UiPath Task Capture.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Experience with Google Workspace is a plus
  • Must have U.S. Citizenship to obtain DOT Public Trust clearance required for role
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn new technologies and enhance existing skills.
