Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the primary contact for clients needing support with their policy. Your expertise will ensure smooth policy enrollment, resolve concerns, and contribute to product improvements by collaborating closely with internal teams and customer feedback channels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary contact for clients needing support with their policy

  • Assist clients through policy enrollment, ensuring smooth integration
  • Perform detailed analysis of client issues and collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective resolutions
  • Provide proactive recommendations and enhancements to boost client success and operational efficiency

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
