Core Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, implement and maintain complex software solutions that adhere to best practices and industry standards.
  • Deliver expertise in engineering, lead technical strategy, enforce best practices, mentor team members.
  • Set coding standards, lead code review sessions and implement robust security measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives proactively, evaluate and adopt new technologies.
  • Continuously learn and stay up to date with emerging technologies.
  • Lead by example with a positive attitude, foster a collaborative team environment, actively support and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace, and uphold high standards of respect and ethics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with .net integrations, including legacy.
  • Strong understanding of various integration architectures (REST, SOAP, EDI, messaging services).
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS).
  • Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus).
  • Experience with containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).
  • Strong analytical skills, and problem solving mindset.
