Job Posting: In-Book Life and Health Insurance Product Sales Representative Location: RemoteHours: Mondays & Wednesdays, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (Mandatory)10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Eastern Time would be considered on Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Life and Health Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on in-book sales—working with an existing portfolio of clients to grow and maintain life and health insurance product sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume insurance sales and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow an existing book of life and health insurance clients
  • Proactively engage clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and support
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-volume sales environment
  • Work Monday and Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time; flexible scheduling on other weekdays with potential for later hours
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and accurate policy processing
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in life and health insurance product sales, preferably in a high-volume setting
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work within specified hours
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Proficient with ECRM and sales tracking tools
