Fraud Prevention Manager

At Benjamin, we're passionate about rewarding everyday actions through our MoMo’s (Money Moments). Benjamin is a new cash-rewards platform for consumers, merchants and gamers to earn cash, called Benjamin Money Moments, by completing daily tasks, playing casual games, viewing content and ads, and making everyday card purchases with cash back.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and continuously improve fraud detection and prevention strategies across the Benjamin platform
  • Monitor transactions, user activity, and system alerts to identify suspicious behavior
  • Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to enhance fraud detection systems and rules
  • Manage and support a small team of fraud analysts (or act as senior IC, depending on scale)
  • Investigate fraud cases and lead resolution workflows, including chargebacks and abuse patterns
  • Work with third-party vendors (KYC/AML, fraud tools) to ensure effective integration and performance
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to track fraud trends, KPIs, and operational performance
  • Stay current on emerging fraud trends, especially in fintech, gaming, and rewards ecosystems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in fraud prevention, risk, or trust & safety
  • Experience in fintech, payments, gaming, or other money movement environments
  • Hands-on experience with fraud tools, rule engines, and/or risk systems
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify patterns
  • Experience investigating fraud cases and managing end-to-end workflows
  • Familiarity with KYC, AML, and transaction monitoring processes
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams
