Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls, emails, and text messages from clients and their families
  • Scheduling, confirming, and updating transportation appointments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collecting and entering accurate data into our systems to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Handling complaints professionally and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Making outbound calls for appointment coordination and ensuring that clients receive the best possible service
  • Following all department procedures and quality standards to ensure exceptional client experiences
  • Staying up to date on policies and protocols to provide the best possible service to our clients
  • Supporting team efforts to ensure exceptional client experiences and providing a positive impact on the lives of those we serve

What You Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Fast, accurate typing (40+ WPM)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Comfortable using a headset and sitting for long periods
  • Ability to pass a Level II background check
