As a Warehouse Merchandise Processor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our inventory is accurately received, processed, and shipped out to our stores and customers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking individual to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of efficiency. If you are passionate about technology and have a strong attention to detail, we would love to have you on board. Receive and inspect incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and completeness. Verify product information, quantities, and quality against purchase orders. Accurately and efficiently process merchandise for storage or shipment. Update and maintain inventory records using computerized systems. Organize and store merchandise in designated locations within the warehouse. Ensure that all merchandise is properly labeled and tagged for easy identification. Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and fulfill orders in a timely manner. Communicate any discrepancies or issues with incoming merchandise to management. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times. Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed. Follow all safety protocols and company policies. Meet productivity and accuracy goals set by management. Continuously seek to improve processes and identify areas for efficiency. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Collaborate with other departments, such as shipping and receiving, to ensure smooth operations. Train and mentor new team members as needed. Adhere to Best Buy’s values and promote a positive work culture. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
