About the Role We're seeking an energetic and experienced Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our prefabricated small outdoor office buildings based in Portland, Oregon. This role combines hands-on customer engagement with operational awareness of prefabrication, requiring someone who understands construction materials, client relationships, and production workflows. Experience with CRM software is essential for success in this dynamic position. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for prefab outdoor office units.
  • Manage the full sales cycle--from lead generation and client presentations to closing deals and coordinating delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and to spec.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, builders, and commercial partners.
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts while ensuring pricing consistency and profitability.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and community events to promote brand visibility.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in construction, prefab, or modular building industries preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of prefab building components and construction materials.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documentation.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (occasional site visits required).

  • Goal-oriented with proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
