Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our research initiatives by collecting and analyzing data from various sources. This is a remote position that offers flexible work arrangements, allowing you to work from anywhere, at any time, as long as you have a stable internet connection. We're looking for individuals who are self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect and analyze data from various sources, including online surveys, focus groups, and product testing

• Enter data into our database using Microsoft Excel or other data entry software
• Conduct research studies and gather data from participants
• Analyze data and provide insights to our research team
• Collaborate with our research team to develop and implement research studies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research studies and data collection
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve data entry skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• Current USA resident
• Speak, read, and understand English; Spanish a plus
• Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
• Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
• Microsoft Word or Excel helpful but not mandatory
• Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
• Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software, including Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with research methods and data analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with online survey tools and data collection software
