Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound calls from customers regarding our products and services
• Understanding and applying policies and procedures used for daily operations
• Taking accountability for customer satisfaction with a highly professional demeanor
• Demonstrating a strong phone presence while assisting customers with less than perfect credit
• Achieving high satisfaction on customer surveys
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new ideas and solutions
• Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Training and Development

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes:

• Base wage starting at $17-18.90/hour, with opportunities to increase take-home pay
• Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives
• Career path from Associate I to Associate IV, with each step earning an increase in pay
• Earn up to an additional $3.50/hour when working non-traditional hours
• Bilingual skills are compensated in the form of a 10% differential
• Flex Scheduling opportunity for top performers
