  • Explain the company and its products to physicians and staff. Also, explain the purpose of company handouts to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve them in consultation with supervisor depending on the level of problem and need.

  • Strong relationship building skills with external parties (distributor sales, etc.)
  • Skills to gather accurate and timely market information from customers and market participants.
