Position Overview: The Oracle EPM Implementation & Support Specialist oversees the design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing administration of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud applications. This role ensures EPM solutions effectively support enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, consolidation, profitability analysis, reporting, and decision-making.  

Key Responsibilities

Oracle EPM Cloud Implementation & Configuration

  • Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as Planning, FCCS, PCMCS, and Narrative Reporting.

  • Configure metadata, dimensions, business rules, forms, dashboards, task lists, and workflows processes.

  • Apply Oracle’s latest EPM Design Best Practices.

  • Manage planning and consolidation models, allocations, and reporting structures.

  • Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), deployment activities, and end‑user training.

System Administration & Ongoing Support

  • Serve as the primary business analyst with the ability to administrator Oracle EPM Cloud environments, including monthly patch review, regression testing, and environment management.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to data loads, security, calculations, and integrations.

  • Maintain metadata governance and Data Management.

Data Integration & Quality Management

  • Design and maintain integrations with ERP, HRIS, and data warehouses.

  • Implement data validation, reconciliation, and exception reporting processes

  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all models and reports.

Business Partnership & Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with Finance/Accounting to optimize planning, close, and reporting.

  • Partnering with business to build the road for continuous improvement and Oracle EPM enhancements.

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve analytical capabilities using Oracle EPM features.

Governance, Security & Compliance

  • Manage user provisioning, roles, and security across Oracle EPM Cloud.

  • Support internal and external audit activities related to EPM processes and data.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting.

  • 5–7 years of experience with at least 2+ years in Oracle EPM Cloud specifically.

  • Hands‑on experience implementing or administering Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and/or financial close processes.

  • Experience with metadata management, business rules, and EPM Cloud configuration.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.

Preferred

  • Experience with multiple Oracle EPM modules (Planning, FCCS, PCMCS).

  • Oracle EPM Cloud certifications (preferable)

  • Background in financial systems implementation or consulting.

  • Experience with reporting tools such as Smart View, Management Reporting, or Narrative Reporting.
