Customer Support Agent

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team, who will respond to emails, reviews, and interviews from users around the world. The position is fully remote and does not require night shifts.

Working schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day - either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday (to be discussed).

About you

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support role or a similar role
  • Strong spoken and written English skills
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently
  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of empathy and patience
