Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. You will also be responsible for setting appointments, performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits, and completing the necessary paperwork. This is a work-from-home opportunity that offers a flexible schedule and the chance to work with a talented team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Complete the necessary paperwork and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Participate in quality control and leadership development initiatives
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Essential Qualifications
* Good verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer relation and communication skills
- Upbeat and positive attitude with great energy
- Ability to interact effectively with people and groups
- Ability to maintain good customer relations
- Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees
- Team player
- Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada

- Knowledge of the benefits industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
