The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be the face of our company, working closely with clients to resolve their inquiries and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is an entry-level position, but we're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across different platforms
  • Effectively using various computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries
  • Developing and maintaining working knowledge of specific groups of arenaflex products and services
  • Analyzing and identifying potential risks and identifying solutions that meet client needs
  • Completing assigned tasks in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Solving disputes and retaining clients while minimizing operating loss through adherence to established rules and regulations
  • Fulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience, measured by specific metrics
  • Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding arenaflex, its clients, and assets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-3 years' work experience in a related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
  • Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent technical and data entry skills, including the utilization of a 10-key touchpad
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
