Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Capital One Shopping customers, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Process incoming Capital One Shopping customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Serve as a lead for handling escalated customer issues and providing resolution, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to Legal and Compliance guidelines
  • Partner with internal departments to resolve escalations requiring cross-functional coordination
  • Utilize strong written communication skills to interact with internal and external customers on a daily basis
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where goals can be ambiguous and processes fluid
  • Continuously evaluate and refine customer service processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows
  • Establish and manage feedback loops to gather user insights, identify pain points, and relay these to relevant teams for continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service Support Experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • A Bachelor's degree or military experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service
  • 2+ years of experience using Zendesk
  • Demonstrated success handling escalated clients

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be eligible for:

  • Competitive salary range: $64,700 - $73,900 (Remote) or $64,700 - $73,900 (Richmond, VA)
