Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team remotely. As a Document Controller at Disney, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our documentation processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Version Control: Ensure that all documents are accurately versioned, and changes are tracked meticulously.
  • Access Control: Manage document access rights and permissions to ensure that only authorized individuals can view, edit, or delete documents.
  • Quality Assurance: Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all documentation complies with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate the efficient flow of documents between departments and teams, acting as a liaison to resolve any document-related issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of document management software and tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and document control software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with a high level of self-discipline.
  • Knowledge of Disney and its values is a plus.
