Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Data Analyst – Co-op, Crew Resources – Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with data-driven initiatives and automation projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs. You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with data-driven initiatives and automation projects to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to implement changes
- Work closely with the team to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain data models, databases, and data warehouses to support business intelligence initiatives
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in all data-related activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and automation
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, or business administration)
- Experience with SQL or data querying tools (e.g., ETL, data modeling)
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
