Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer support team by:

• Providing friendly and efficient customer support via phone, chat, and email
• Assisting customers with booking flights, resolving issues, and answering general inquiries
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Ensuring a high level of satisfaction by resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications
