Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with all Data Innovation (IT) disciplines to achieve first-contact resolution with all issues.
- Maintain documentation of requests per arenaflex standards, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain and update information base documentation with the most significant data.
- Organize reaction for significant occurrences and blackouts.

Least Experience and Capabilities:
