Enrollment Representative I
UHA Health Insurance is focused on health and provides comprehensive benefits for employees. They are seeking an Enrollment Representative I to support day-to-day enrollment operations, ensuring a smooth enrollment experience through attention to detail and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process enrollments, eligibility updates, and terminations accurately and on time
- Review submissions for completeness and follow up on missing information
- Respond to enrollment-related inquiries and support issue resolution
- Manage incoming emails, efax, mail, and voicemail
- Prepare and send correspondence, including ACRs and denial letters
- Maintain reports, tracking logs, and documentation
- Provide basic support for Online Employer Portal users
- Assist with scanning, filing, and record maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong data entry and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Associate degree
- Experience in healthcare enrollment, eligibility, or insurance
