Sales Development Representative

Brightly Software is a Siemens company focused on technology, community, and sustainability. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities while collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of each opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound call campaigns
  • Identify and qualify decision makers among the targeted call campaigns
  • Collect accurate and complete information in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) by maintaining and growing the database of prospects and tracking activity
  • Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree OR 1+ year of prior sales experience in lieu of degree
  • High energy, determination, and perseverance
  • Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Prior cold calling or prospecting experience
