Guardian Jobs is dedicated to providing safe and affordable homes for families in need. They are seeking a Lettings Coordinator to join their Allocations and Lettings team in Bradford, where the primary responsibility will be to market homes and guide customers through the moving-in process while ensuring compliance with legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing our client's homes and guiding customers through the journey of moving in
  • Collaborating with Local Authority partners to ensure properties are advertised fairly and transparently
  • Supporting customers throughout the application process, keeping them informed, assessing eligibility, and helping them access support where needed

Skills

  • Experience in lettings or allocations, with strong knowledge of legislation
  • Proven ability to build successful relationships with external partners
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office and business software skills
  • Excellent organisation and ability to manage deadlines
  • Strong record‑keeping skills and GDPR awareness
  • CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice or equivalent, or willingness to work towards it
