Data Entry Coordinator

Champion Windows is hiring motivated team players with strong data entry and customer service skills for their Cincinnati corporate office location. The Data Entry Coordinator position is part of the Appointment Support Center team, facilitating sales order generation, sales representative support, and driving excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and audit customer contracts for accuracy and completion
  • Verify that results provided by sales representatives are accurate
  • Communicate holds and questions to sales reps, then follow up as necessary
  • Accountable for identifying and resolving data record duplicates and errors
  • Provide live support for sales representatives and customers, including phone calls, emails, texts, and Teams messages
  • Monitor and manage factory representative resources and sales schedule board, including updating resource product and appointment availability

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
