Coordinator - Early Career & Campus

They are seeking a Coordinator for Early Careers & Campus who will drive talent attraction strategies and support the recruitment process by managing various administrative tasks and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Managing account specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system, and offer and onboarding
  • Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
  • Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e., pre-employment screening vendor), and other account stakeholders
  • Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
  • Management of day-to-day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
  • Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team

Skills

  • Experience in recruitment administration, including CV screening, interview scheduling, ATS updates, and onboarding support
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently, follow established processes, and manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proactive approach to handling queries and supporting continuous improvement
  • Good time‑management skills and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience in an RPO, Talent Acquisition coordination, or HR administrative role
  • Familiarity with pre‑employment screening and vendor coordination
  • Experience working with multiple ATS or HRIS systems
  • Strong analytical skills for supporting reporting activities
  • Additional language skills
