They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support complex accounts by responding to requests for information, services, quotes, permits, authority, and licensing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide office and sales assistance by responding to requests for information, services, quotes, permits, authority, and licensing

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable with a desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to utilize computer software
  • Must obtain and maintain a P&C license within the first 90 days of employment
  • Customer service, administrative, or insurance experience preferred
  • Experience with Applied Epic Agency Management System is a plus!
