Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes Provide feedback on call issues Meet sales objectives as defined Qualifications We're looking for fearless people - people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. Qualifications: Bilingual Spanish/Eglish 6 months customer service experience minimum Over 18 years of age Ability to type 25 wpm High School Graduate or GED Comfort with desktop computer system 6 months Call Center experience, preferred Ability to use Windows operating systems 6 months sales experience minimum Able to work independently Ability to stay composed and objective Superior negotiating skills Key Competencies: Process Excellence: Demonstrate commitment to following established procedures and be customer service driven.
