Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer calls, inquiries, and requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Resolving service issues and concerns in a respectful and professional manner
- Effectively communicating with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Entering service data into computer systems and logging information about customer interactions
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned or apparent
Qualifications:
* 1 year of recent customer service or call center experience
- Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, in a business environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
