What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Associate I, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering 40-50 inbound/outbound calls per day, providing exceptional support to our clients
  • Assisting customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information
  • Discussing customer benefits, such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR
  • Assisting customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
  • Maintaining a professional and supportive demeanor while addressing customer inquiries

What's Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Call center experience is a plus
  • Must reside within 60 miles of the office location
  • Attendance required for the first 90 days of training
  • Availability to work during business hours after training

Familiarity with mortgage payment processes and customer service best practices is also a plus.
