About the Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry and Customer Service Professional, you will play a critical role in supporting the medication dispensing process at our closed-door pharmacy. You will be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with other team members to ensure accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Perform order entry tasks and collaborate with other team members to ensure accuracy

• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Calculate and/or verify correct dosage based on prescriptions
• Assist in reviewing narcotic prescriptions in a timely manner
• Provide dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
• Create and maintain accurate customer records

Required Qualifications

* Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law

• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in the long-term care industry

• PTCB National Certification

Education

* Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $30.00 - $60.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
