Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to our customers. You'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving concerns, and meeting key performance metrics. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their needs and concerns
- Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
- Meet or exceed booking conversion, quality, and productivity goals for inbound calls
- Work accurately with close attention to detail, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent (HSD or GED)
- 2-3 years of customer service experience (call center, retail, fast food, hospitality, or similar)
- Exceptional phone and communication skills, with a strong ability to work with people
- Computer and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to type, talk, and listen while navigating multiple computer screens
- High-quality internet bandwidth with the capability to plug into a modem
- Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual Spanish language skills (pay rate: $15.50/hour)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive salary: $15-$16/hour (bilingual Spanish: $15.50/hour)
- $50/month internet allowance

- Performance-based weekly bonuses (paid after training): $45 to $350 per week
