As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat, helping them navigate our online platforms, and driving sales through engaging dialogue.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through live chat, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Engaging with customers to move them past the point of browsing to sales dialogue, establishing and nurturing prospective customer relationships to achieve sales goals
  • Organizing, planning, and executing tele-sales activities to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Providing both sales and customer experience support via live chat, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • General computer knowledge and solid keyboarding skills
  • Ability to communicate quickly and effectively via an online format
  • High level of familiarity with arenaflex's online platforms, including JTV.com and JTV Go
  • Ability to speak articulately and credibly with leadership
  • Strong analytical and judgment skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written communication skills

Desired Skills

While not required, the following skills are highly desirable:

  • Previous tele-sales experience
  • Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones
  • Previous live chat experience
