Job Responsibilities

As a remote data entry representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing customer purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that customer and company commitments are met
• Continuously improving the level of customer satisfaction through efficient order processing and exceptional customer support
• Receiving, editing, and entering incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner
• Reviewing, verifying, and making corrections as necessary to orders to ensure accurate information and order specifications
• Contacting customers to resolve unclear issues and ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently
• Managing orders in the business system through the entire order cycle
• Screening all international customer orders to ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures
• Gathering information for measurement, analysis, and reporting

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience
• Customer interaction experience is preferred
• Computer experience, including use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle experience is required
• Education & Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years
• Associates Degree preferred
• Paid Training
• Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable
