Strategic Account Manager

Endomag is a global technology company that believes everyone deserves a better standard of cancer care. Many of the world’s leading physicians and hospitals use the company’s technologies to help women with breast cancer avoid surgery when it isn’t needed, and experience better outcomes when it is. Using the Sentimag® probe, physicians can perform both sentinel node biopsies with the lymphatic tracer (Magtrace®) and tissue localisation procedures with the magnetic marker (Magseed®). While these applications are current focus the future may see additional areas and solution technologies develop.

We’re looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager to drive regional growth, across East Germany.

What to expect

  • Own the sales budget and growth of your region, creating and managing opportunities to consistently hit and exceed target.
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan, focusing at least 80% of your time on key accounts (new business and account development).
  • Lead the full sales cycle for capital equipment (Sentimag®) and consumables (Magtrace®, Magseed®)
  • Build and nurture strong clinical networks, including surgeons, radiologists, mammographers, radiogrpahers, and theatre staff. Manage KOL relationships.
  • Support and attend initial procedures at new sites, ensuring customers are fully trained and confident in product use.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce data, forecasts, and reporting, setting a high standard for the team.
  • Contribute to national and regional strategic projects, attend congresses, and work with the reimbursement agency and internal teams as the market and indications evolve.

What we expect

  • 3+ years’ medical device sales experience, ideally in women’s health, breast oncology or related surgical fields.
  • Proven success in a complex, multi-stakeholder clinical environment (surgeons, radiologists, OR staff, procurement, administration).
  • Experience selling both capital equipment and consumables, and confidence working in the operating room.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to manage and close opportunities independently.
  • Excellent networking, presentation and KOL engagement skills –
  • Highly organised, analytical, and commercially astute, with strong territory planning skills.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives on close partnership with CAS, distributors, and internal colleagues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience with reimbursement processes, breast/gynecology consumables, and extensive business travel is an advantage.

Why join Endomag?

  • Be part of a high-performing, close-knit German team, where collaboration between SAMs and CAS is central to success.
  • Work with innovative, guideline-relevant technologies that are changing standards of care.
  • Help shape our direct go-to-market strategy in Germany as indications and reimbursement evolve.

If you’re an experienced medical device sales professional with a passion for improving cancer care and enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on field execution, we’d like to hear from you.
