Responsible for collaborating with clients to configure data and integrations with Netsmart’s software solutions and/or 3rd party systems in pre-production and production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Implement technically focused solutions for multiple Electronic Health Record (EHR) software solutions.

  • Support rollout of new solutions to clients, assisting with technical setup/configuration, data transfer testing protocol, data mapping, completing data migration, and data transfer validation.

  • Collaborate with engineering by providing feedback and examples on how to or improve code for logging, monitoring, altering, analytics, process improvements, etc.

  • Leads client and 3rd party vendor calls to drive data mapping elements – help translate and articulate requirements between systems.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, information Systems Technology, Data Analytics or similar.

  • Equivalent 2 years of work experience in lieu of degree

  • At least 1 year of health care information technology or systems management implementation or consulting working experience.

  • Experience with SQL and SQLServer

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask on projects work effectively under pressure.

  • Ability to problem solve design and programming issues.

Preferred

  • Experience with electronic health records.

  • Knowledge of HL7-based interfaces.

Expectations

  • Potential travel 20% of the time as needed

  • Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel.
