Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity at arenaflex

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their issues, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling high volumes of incoming calls and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying and evaluating customer needs to deliver satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
- Providing accurate and comprehensive information to customers using the right methods and tools
- Managing complaints and providing solutions and options to secure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Going the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferably in the solar energy industry)
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
- Ability to work nights and some weekends (rotating shifts available)
- 1pm - 11pm CST, 4 days/week with rotating Saturdays or 8am - 6pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays
