The Role
As a Part-time Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with billing inquiries and general issues related to Internet purchases
- Issuing membership cancellations
- Fielding in-bound calls
- Responding to customer emails and live chat requests
- Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in the Customer Service industry
- Previous call center experience is highly preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
- Proficiency navigating the Internet

- Must be over 18 years of age
