We have a full time, permanent vacancy for an Operator covering England.
Our vehicles are based on truck chassis but can be driven on a car licence. We travel to our customers and process their feed on farm in accordance with the farmer’s requirements for their animals. Our Operators establish great relationships with our customers, therefore good communication skills are essential for this role.
Applicants should be able to work on their own initiative, be self-motivated and capable of working alone and unsupervised. You might need to work and stay away from home at times. You should be able to maintain good records and have an eye for detail. This role involves farm work and can be dusty and noisy at times. The ideal candidate may be from an agricultural background, however training can be given.
In summary, we ask that you are conscientious, a good communicator, have a strong work ethic and are not afraid of getting your hands dirty.

- Agricultural background preferred
- Full UK Car (Category B) Licence
