NJM Insurance Group is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Care Associate I to provide essential support to customers and internal personnel. This role is responsible for resolving billing, invoice, and payment-related inquiries with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy, while also processing account transactions and handling commercial lines accounts as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Personal Lines customers and internal staff with billing and payment inquiries
  • Reviews reports and customer inquiries; make account adjustments and coordinate with commercial lines underwriting and sales teams
  • Analyze and validate credit statuses on accounts
  • Process returned and incoming payments on delinquent policies, issues related transactions and correspondence

Skills

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • High-level relationship management skills
  • Strong multitasking and decision-making abilities
  • Entry Level
  • Associate degree or higher in business, or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer service
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams or handling escalated issues
