Typical Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a Master's or Ph.D. in technology or related field, experience in the profession, and:

• Ability to efficiently operate a personal computer and associated software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately.
