Job Summary

As a Customer Success Engineer, you'll be responsible for helping new customers get up and running with our Chrome Enterprise solution, ensuring they receive the most value from their investment. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with customers, act as their trusted advisor, and drive business outcomes that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Help new customers get up and running with the Chrome Enterprise solution, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed

  • Foster strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate
  • Track the outcome of customer interactions and the impact of customer success initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for customers to get more value from their investment in Chrome Enterprise
  • Build a customer community for learning and empowerment
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they become major problems

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year college education in a relevant field, such as software engineering or a related field

  • Experience in processing end-client interactions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or sales environment

  • Knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and cloud-based services
  • Experience with Chrome Enterprise, Google Cloud, and other related technologies
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and practices
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and marketing tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
