What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling a wide range of queries across telephony, email, web chat, and other channels. You will be the voice of arenaflex, delivering solutions that meet our customers' individual needs and exceeding their expectations.
Providing excellent customer service
with a key focus on doing the right thing for each customer
Identifying vulnerable customers
and adapting your approach to provide additional support when required
Handling escalated customer queries
with empathy and integrity, logging accurately
Dealing with a wide range of queries
across telephony, email, web chat, and other channels
What We're Looking For

Previous experience
within a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
Proficient in using various computer applications and software simultaneously
, including CRM systems and other relevant tools
An attentive listener
who can empathize and adjust to different customer needs
A self-motivated individual
who takes responsibility for customer issues and follows them through to resolution
A positive and enthusiastic person
who shares our vision of delivering exceptional customer service every time
Working from home
, you will require a quiet, private, and comfortable workspace with a reliable Wi-Fi connection and at least 10 Mbps download speed
