About the Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Collaborating with clients to resolve how-to questions and investigate issues on our web and cloud applications. * Providing a human-first experience through voice and written communications across various channels, including chat, email, phone, and our application. * Developing expertise in our products, both at a technical and client-use case level. * Identifying opportunities to enhance client value and drive business growth. * Working with leadership to improve organizational efficiencies and share feedback to drive team performance. * Collaborating with peer colleagues to increase client engagement and contribute to long-term client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner. * Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services. * Identify opportunities to enhance client value and drive business growth. * Collaborate with leadership to improve organizational efficiencies and share feedback to drive team performance. * Work with peer colleagues to increase client engagement and contribute to long-term client retention. * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Essential Qualifications:

* 2 years of experience in providing SaaS customer support to organizations with complex models. * Proven track record of impacting clients to improve their experience. * Experience in constructing best practices for help quality and efficiencies. * Ability to work independently and through uncertainty while contributing to a high-performing team. * Multiple instances of focusing on most impactful/valuable work among competing needs or requests. * Knowledge of fundamental web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript). * Familiarity with exploring and working with various customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, Salesforce, Twilio).

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a similar role, with a focus on SaaS customer support. * Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to adapt to changing client needs and requirements. * Experience in a remote work environment.
