Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound phone calls, emails, and chats. You will work closely with our sales team to resolve customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet customer needs. This is a full-time, remote/hybrid opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls, emails, and chats from customers

  • Build customer relationships by providing exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries
  • Work with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment
  • Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day
  • Resolve customer challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
  • Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and sales performance metrics

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to commute to our facility from your home
  • A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
  • Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service role in a call center or retail environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and marketing tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
