Job Summary

As a Customer Order Management Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for managing customer orders, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information to customers. This is a remote opportunity that offers the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage customer orders from receipt to completion, ensuring timely and accurate processing and delivery

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding order status, shipping, and delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and order accuracy
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or order management, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant systems and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer-centricity
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Knowledge of industry-specific products and services, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Experience with order management software and systems, including EDI and API integrations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Order Management Professional (COM)
