Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team as a Multichannel Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, live chats, and emails, providing timely updates, and resolving issues with empathy and clarity. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries across various channels (calls, live chats, emails) and documenting and escalating as needed
  • Tracking cases to resolution and following up with timely updates to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Processing basic payments, refunds, or account changes with accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with our CRM/ticketing tools and providing feedback to improve our processes
  • Maintaining a quiet and distraction-free workspace to ensure optimal productivity

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues in a concise manner
